Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales management position, responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional fields;
2, develop, participate or assist in the implementation of relevant policies and systems;
3. Responsible for the management, guidance, training and evaluation of departmental employees;
4. Responsible for organizational sales operation, including planning, organization, progress control, and review;
5. Assist the Sales Director to set the sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan;
6. Establish and manage sales teams to complete sales objectives;
7, from the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guidance recommendations for product development.
Qualifications:
1. Specialty and above, marketing and other related majors;
2.In the past three years, the sales industry work experience, sales management work experience is preferred;
3, rich customer resources and customer relationship, excellent performance;
4, with strong market analysis, marketing, promotion capabilities, and good interpersonal communication, coordination capabilities, analysis and solving problems;
5, have strong career, with certain leadership.
